Is your iPhone giving you problems? If so, the iPhone has a hidden recovery mode that will allow you to restore it from the last backup you made in iTunes. to access the recovery mode do the following:

Warning: by using this feature, you will destroy any data (pictures, music, video, etc.) that was not backed up since the last time you synced your phone with iTunes.
- Disconnect your iPhone and turn it off (hold the Sleep/Wake button for about five seconds and then sliding the red slider). If your iPhone is already off, go to the next step.
- Hold the Home button and plug your iPhone into the PC or Mac that iTunes is installed and that you sync your phone with. Hold the Home button until you see a dock cable pointing to the iTunes icon. You can release the Home button.

- Open iTunes and you will be told that "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.", press the OK button and you will be taken to the iPhone pane. There all you have to do is press the Restore button and wait for the restore to complete.
